For our wholesale clients, the minimum order value is £250. This ensures we can provide free, temperature-controlled delivery directly to your premises while maintaining our high standards.
Absolutely. Our master butchers can prepare your meat precisely to your restaurant's specifications, including specific portion weights, bone-in or boneless, and exact fat trimming.
We deliver 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed before 10:00 PM are processed overnight for next-day morning delivery to ensure your kitchen is fully stocked before prep begins.
